I have been trying out the latest foundation released by Benefit Cosmetics the Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation. It promises to be lightweight, even out skin tone and blur imperfections with a natural-matte finish.
I managed to pick up a cute mini HERE to try out before committing to the full-size.

I have shades 1, 2, and 3 here:
Benefit Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation Swatches (Top to Bottom) 1 , 2, 3
Shade 1 is described as fair cool, 2 light warm and 3 light neutral. I am foundation shade NC15 and find that 2 is the perfect match for me.
As someone who enjoys a more full coverage foundation I am pleased that it is easily buildable. Start with a few dots on the complexion and build up as required. The foundation is light weight and comfortable to wear. I would consider the foundation to have a soft matte finish and it nicely blurs large open pores as promised.
Whilst the foundation doesn't claim to be ultra longwearing I would say this lasts around 7-8 hours so touch-ups during a long day/night would be required particularly for oily beauties.
I know for many people, myself included, that a diverse shade range is very important. So, I thought I would touch on the subject here. Benefit have assured that “each shade stretches across a number of skin tones thanks to the innovation and technology in the product. We wanted to ensure shade selection was super easy. We’re confident all Benebabes will be able to find their perfect match”.
The Benefit Cosmetics Hello Happy Soft Blur Foundation is available HERE in the UK for £25.50.
